Every month, Brown & Brown provides a check to be awarded to the recipient of Proud to Serve. This month’s recipient is West Overland Firefighter, Josh Hildebrand. As a Marine Veteran, Josh knows, firsthand, how stressful and difficult service can be. In addition to being an EMS and firefighter, he works with former military and first responders through fitness, nutrition advice, ice and heat therapy, and breath work to help improve their mental health.
