Proud to Serve, a segment on Fox 2 News in St. Louis, highlights local military veterans and first responders who have given both to our community and to our country. Located in St. Louis, Brown & Brown is proud to support this recognition of men and women who have made a difference at home and throughout the world.
Every month, Brown & Brown awards a check to the recipient of Proud to Serve. This month’s recipient is Sarah Jansen, an Edwardsville Firefighter and member of the 182nd Air National Guard in Illinoi. Currently the only female firefighter in Edwardsville, Sarah is currently studying to become a paramedic and plans to complete the program this upcoming fall.
